PROCESSING TIME

Orders will be processed within 3 business days following payment confirmation. We’ll strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.  If you have any special requests, feel free to reach out to us directly via WhatsApp, and we’ll do our best to assist you.


SHIPPING METHODS

Standard Shipping (PAC) – Home delivery available Monday through Friday. Delivery times vary based on origin and destination. This option is more economical than express shipping (SEDEX), but may take longer. Tracking is available, allowing you to see the route from origin to destination.

Express Shipping (SEDEX) – This faster shipping method is available across Brazil, delivering from Monday to Saturday in most areas (some locations deliver only Monday through Friday). While more expensive, SEDEX offers full tracking with detailed updates on your package's journey.

Free Shipping – Enjoy free shipping on orders over R$1,000! Simply add eligible products to your cart, and free shipping via PAC will automatically be selected at checkout. If you prefer faster delivery, you can choose the SEDEX option, and the discounted shipping cost will be applied to your order total.

Shipping costs are included in your order total, and no additional payment is required upon delivery. If you are charged any fees upon delivery, please do not pay and contact us through our contact page.


TRACKING CODE

The tracking code is a way to identify and track a package in a logistics service. In the case of the Correios (brazilian Post Office), this code consists of 13 (thirteen) digits. Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with the Post Office tracking code. 

Obtaining information related to the package, such as the history of the places the package has been since it was posted, the current status of the package, among other information can be obtained through the link:

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order.

When the Post Office makes a delivery attempt and cannot find someone to receive the order, the package is returned to the Post Office branch closest to your location and 1 (one) or 2 (two) more delivery attempts, depending on the shipping method, will be made on the following business days.

After a total of 2 (two) attempts for the PAC method or 3 (three) attempts for the SEDEX method, a Notice Letter will be left at your address indicating that the order is available for collection at the Post Office counter.

Pickup is only available to the recipient or an authorized person listed on the Notice Letter, respecting the period of 7 (seven) calendar days defined according to the service modality.

If the waiting date for collection at the Post Office expires and the product is not collected, it will be returned to MUESE and a new shipping fee will apply for resending.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Pay attention to the information provided during the purchase on the website, It’s crucial to enter your address correctly during checkout.

If we find any discrepancies with the information provided, we’ll reach out for clarification. However, MUESE is not responsible for returns due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If the order is returned and the customer wishes to have it resent, we will process the re-shipment only after we receive the returned item at MUESE and a new shipping fee will apply.


LOST PACKAGES

In the event of a lost package by the Post Office, we will either resend the item at no extra cost (subject to stock availability) or issue a full refund, including shipping fees once the tracking status confirms that the package is lost.


DELIVERY DELAYS

If your order hasn't arrived on time, we understand how frustrating that can be. However, it is important to consider that there are several reasons why a delivery delay can occur. Understanding these causes can help you deal with the situation more effectively.

Logistical Issues: One of the main reasons for delivery delays is logistics. Problems with transportation can impact delivery timelines.

Unexpected Events: Unforeseeable events may occur, such as carrier strikes, technical difficulties with order processing systems, or even force majeure situations, such as pandemics, which may affect delivery times.

Weather Conditions: Extremely adverse weather, such as storms or floods, can affect transportation and logistics, leading to delivery delays.
