PIX: PAY INSTANTLY WITH PIX.

CREDIT CARD: PAY IN UP TO 10 INTEREST-FREE INSTALLMENTS, WITH A MINIMUM INSTALLMENT OF R$ 150.

When you make a purchase using Pix, a QR code and a copy-and-paste code will be generated, with a payment window of 20 minutes. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the payment is processed. If the 20-minute window expires, you will need to create a new QR code by placing a new order.

Orders paid with credit cards are subject to verification by a third-party service. Approval may be immediate, but in some cases, the review process can take up to 48 hours. After the review, your order will either be approved or declined. If there are any discrepancies in the information provided, your order will be automatically canceled. Please note that our system prioritizes customer security. In these situations, the amount may be authorized but not yet charged to your credit card, meaning no payment has been processed.

In some cases, you may see the authorized amount appear on your statement. If this happens, the card issuer will automatically remove the charge within 7 business days. If the charge remains after that period, please contact us through our contact page for assistance.
