EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

EXCHANGES

  • We accept exchange requests within 30 days from the delivery date of your products.
  • The first exchange is free of charge.
  • From the second exchange onwards, shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
  • For products with manufacturing defects, the exchange period is 90 days.


RETURNS

  • We accept return requests within 7 days from the delivery date of your products.
  • Within this period, the customer will receive the full refund in the same method as the original payment.
  • After the return period, the customer will have up to 30 days from delivery to request a gift-card on the value of the returned products.


GENERAL CONDITIONS

Items must be returned without signs of use, washing or wear, and must not show any damage such as deformations, tears, stains, scratches or dents. Modifications not supervised by our team, such as cuff or hem adjustments, will also not be accepted.

Returns must be made using secure packaging, preferably in the same package as the products were originally shipped, with the original Muese tags and labels attached to the items. Protect the products and seal the packaging well to prevent damage during transport.

The quality analysis takes up to 2 business days, counted from the receipt date of the package at our distribution center. If the conditions described here are met, the exchange or repair will be authorized, or the refund will be processed in the case of a return. We will contact you to confirm the completion of the process.

Muese is not responsible for exchanges, returns or repairs when the technical report proves that the defect is the result of improper use. If a product does not meet the requirements of our policy, Muese reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange, returning the item to the customer with a justification.

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Visit our Contact Page or WhatsApp.
  2. Send us a message describing what happened. Please provide your order number and the product you wish to exchange or return.
  3. Please wait for our email with the shipping authorization code from Correios.
  4. Ship the package at a Correios post office, using the shipping authorization code.
  5. Please wait for our confirmation of receipt.
